Yesterday Rachel was three weeks old. She sure is a joy to have home! Bjorg & Ken were here yesterday and she slept almost all day. She stayed awake all evening tho - after they'd left. When she's awake, she's so alert - just like Kirsten. So far she's very much like Kirsten was - cries very little and eats quite well. Rachel doesn't like Italian food tho. She throws up a lot if I've eaten too much pizza, lasagna or spaghetti.
Kirsten really loves Rachel. She was jealous and upset the first week, but never mean to her. She mostly ignored her. She is good to her now and always says 'good-nite' to her when she (Kirsten) goes to bed. Likes to kiss and hug her too. Kirsten got a lot of compliments in church today. I cut her hair recently and she had her new dress from Bestemor on today. She is a pretty little girl.
