After sorting papers all day, I'm anxious to get started. Maybe I'll find an older journal entry yet, but right now this is the oldest I've found.
Yesterday Kirsten got her 7th tooth - with so little fuss! (as usual.)
At 9 months she can crawl, stand alone if she wants to, eat pretty well everything that we eat and jabber. She does that (jabber) best of all. She definitely can say "Mama" and "Dada" and seems to have a word resembling "baby", "good", "pretty", "music", "oh boy", "out", etc. She loves backrides, peek-a-boo, books, grandma's swing, being outside and eating. As long as she has some variety, she's so cheerful. Today Grandma told her, "I just love your smile." Don't we all!
Sorry, Kirsten, I seem to have told everyone that your first word was "pretty" as you looked at yourself in the mirror... I guess I should have dug these out years ago! But that did make for a good story about your strong self image!
