It has been almost as much fun to watch Einar this year as the grandkids. First of all, he is the BEST grandpa (or MorFar, as he is called.) But he's gone through a few changes this year, too.
January 23, 2010 - He grew a beard for Haley's arrival.
July 3, 2010 - His 56th birthday celebration in Gimli - with a very young Josiah.
September - Haley's getting bigger...
November - as is Josiah
Christmas 2010 - Einar's beard is gone. It was too itchy, but apparently he was waiting for permission from me to shave it.
So I offered permission to shave his mustache too, if he wanted to. And he wanted...
My younger-looking, clean-shaven husband. I'm liking it.
