Gorgeous Day! It's summer today - nice and hot. Kirsten is at Gary & Wendy's - she and Angela are great friends.
Just recently, Kirsten learned the reason for her names: Sall Dawn. Now when we go to see Grandma, she has to know if we're going to Sally Grandma or Dawn Grandma. Kirsten is really growing up and loves to help.
Then there's Rachel......!!! After last night I don't know whether to tell the world she's mine, or disown her. Last night in church she was hyper, but so cheerful. She'd arch her back, hang her head back and laugh out loud. She puckered up to kiss Nana Purdie, and then turned away last minute. She smiled sweetly at Einar and then bit his shoulder. After church she crawled around the church laughing out loud. several people mentioned they had never seen anyone crawl so fast. I guess that's why she's not walking yet at 14 months. She has walked across our dining room, but it's hard to interest her in walking.
Right now she has an obsession with low chairs - the booster seat, etc. Yesterday I saw her trying to sit on a 3 inch rock. Cute! She's still in 12 month size. Kirsten was in 18 months when she was 12 months old.

I guess both girls were silly - Kirsten is long past the bottle stage here, but wanting to be the baby!
